    Privacy notice

    Clear information about website submissions.

This notice describes the information flows currently offered through the public Vantage website. It does not replace engagement-specific confidentiality, security, retention, or data-processing terms.

    Effective August 30, 2026

    01

    Information you choose to provide

Vantage collects the information you submit through contact, pilot, investor, customer-overview, and newsletter forms. This may include your name, work email, organization, role, inquiry details, and subscription preference.

    02

    Schedule stress test

If you use the public schedule stress test, the site receives the schedule file, project name, and any follow-up information you submit. The public site holds the upload in memory while it is forwarded to a separate Vantage schedule-analysis service. That service may create a project-analysis record. The on-page result is automated and is not human-reviewed before display.

    03

    How information is used

Vantage uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate a requested workflow, operate and secure the site, provide requested Signal updates, and understand how public pages and tools are used. Vantage does not state or imply that submitted information is sold.

    04

    Service providers

Vantage uses service providers to operate this site and its workflows. Signal subscription details are synchronized with Beehiiv for newsletter distribution. Internal form and subscription notifications are delivered using Resend. The schedule stress test uses a separate Vantage analysis service. Hosting, analytics, and other providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver or measure the site.

    05

    Retention and deletion

This public notice does not promise a universal retention period or automatic deletion schedule. Retention may depend on the type of submission, the analysis workflow, operational records, and any agreed engagement terms. Contact Vantage before submitting sensitive project information if you require specific retention, access, return, or deletion terms.

    06

    Your choices

You may choose not to submit a form or upload a file. Signal messages include an unsubscribe option managed through the newsletter service. You may use the contact form to ask about information you previously submitted or to request a correction or deletion review. Vantage will assess the request against applicable obligations and operational records.

    07

    Information to avoid

Do not submit passwords, credentials, payment-card information, sensitive personal information, privileged material, or project information that you are not authorized to share. A public website is not a substitute for an engagement-specific secure intake process.

    08

    Updates and questions

This notice may be updated when the public site or its information flows change. Questions about this notice, security, procurement, or a specific submission can be sent through the Vantage contact form.
