01Evidence sources
Vantage works with the project information available for the agreed question. Depending on the use case, that can include schedules and baselines, changes and notices, constraints, inspections, quality records, progress reports, correspondence, budgets, and other permitted project records. The source set and its coverage are recorded as part of the engagement.
02How findings are produced
The platform organizes source information into a connected project view and examines relationships, dependencies, movement, clustering, missing information, and directional change. Findings are framed around what appears to be happening, why it may matter, which project evidence supports the observation, and what deserves closer review.
03Evidence classification
Findings distinguish observed information from interpretation and recommended follow-up. A finding may be supported by direct project evidence, indicate a pattern that requires confirmation, or be limited by missing or inconsistent records. Vantage does not present an inference as a verified project fact.
04Human review and AI assistance
Machine-assisted analysis can help organize information, identify relationships, calculate signals, and prepare draft findings. A human reviewer checks the supporting evidence, applies available construction context, records uncertainty, and approves, qualifies, or rejects material customer-facing findings. AI assistance does not replace owner, consultant, contractor, legal, financial, engineering, or other professional judgment.
05Limitations
Vantage is only as reliable as the scope, quality, timing, and completeness of the information available for analysis. A finding is not a guarantee of delay, cost, compliance, safety, or project outcome. Outputs support review and decision-making; they are not a certification, audit opinion, forensic conclusion, or substitute for required professional services.
